Angel Janine

Description

Angel Janine is named after Oom Jan (Oom is Afrikaans for uncle), an elder in the Vondeling village and the only male member of the craft group until his death in 2014. He was a very special person in the Vondeling community and so is Janine, a small angel who dares to be different with her black feather dress, wire head and knitted wire wings with clear beads. Janine means ‘gift from God’.

How to store your angel:
We recommend that you store your angel in the sleeve it arrived in. This will protect the feathers and prevent the wire from discolouring.
