How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all UK orders within 2–3 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may also receive a dispatch notification via email or WhatsApp through our website.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email us at yebo@africangiftcollection.com and we'll be happy to discuss delivery options and postage costs for your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy, here's what you need to know:
Changed your mind?
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, and we'll refund the item price. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange the return and make it right at no cost to you.
Sale items
Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
How to return
Email us at yebo@africangiftcollection.com with your order details and reason for return. We'll send you the returns address and next steps. Please return your item using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or another insured, trackable service — we can't accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in Southern Africa. Our laser-cut items are hand-assembled, meaning human skill and care goes into every piece. Natural variations may occur — this is part of their unique charm!
What materials are used?
Our range is made from a variety of carefully selected materials, including:
- Feathers
- Laser-cut wood, some combined with Shweshwe fabric
- Wire & beads
- Telephone wire
- Wax (paraffin and soy) for our candles
- Felt

Safety Information
Are your products suitable for children?
Our decorative pieces are intended for adult collectors and display purposes only. They are not suitable for young children and should be kept out of reach of children under 14 years. They are not toys.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, so please email us at yebo@africangiftcollection.com as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched. If your order has already been sent, our 14-day returns policy applies — please see the Returns & Refunds section above.
