Karoo Angel Janine

Each angel's feather dress is made from bleached or dyed ostrich feather tufts, sourced from Cape Karoo International — renowned for their finest quality ostrich plumes.

The wings are shaped from ultra-fine 0.2 mm silver-coated copper wire, crocheted by hand, with clear glass beads worked directly onto the wire.

Janine features a wire head adorned with a silver beaded crown.

Materials: Ostrich feathers, wire, glass beads, hanging loop

Care: Allow the feathers to fluff out naturally after unpacking. Dust may settle on the feathers while on display. Remove it gently, or, if further cleaning is necessary, hand-wash carefully with a mild detergent suitable for wool and silk. Fluff the feathers with a hairdryer on a low-temperature setting, keeping it well away from the feathers. Store in a closed box or the supplied packaging when not displayed, and avoid prolonged exposure to harsh, direct sunlight.
