Karoo Guardian Angel – Medium, Dark Purple

Each angel's feather dress is made from bleached or dyed ostrich feather tufts, sourced from Cape Karoo International — renowned for their finest quality ostrich plumes.

The wings, body or dress are shaped from ultra-fine 0.2 mm silver-coated copper wire, crocheted by hand, with glass beads and sequins — often from Preciosa in the Czech Republic — worked directly onto the wire.

The head is hand-felted from undyed mohair fleece from the Angora goat, sourced from Eastern Cape farmers.

Care: Your Karoo Angel is made to be enjoyed for years. When not displayed, we recommend storing it in a lidded box or the plastic pouch supplied. Keep out of harsh, direct sunlight to help prevent fading of the coloured copper wire and dyed ostrich feathers.
